1. Overview & Important Disclaimer

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Online Emirates eVisa, a unit of HADAF AL MUTEENA TRAVEL AND TOURISM L.L.C (License No. 1078025) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the user ("you", "your", "User", or "customer"). This Agreement is effective as of the date you access this website (www.onlineemiratesevisa.com) or electronically accept these terms.

2. Eligibility & Authority

To utilize this Site or our Services, you must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts. By using our Services, you affirmatively declare that you are:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally permitted to enter into contracts according to applicable laws.
• Not barred from using the Services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

3. Description of Services & Visa Processing

• Administrative Assistance: We provide professional administrative and consultation services to assist users in preparing and submitting UAE visa applications.
• No Guarantee of Approval: The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the UAE Government and its immigration authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
• Information Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete documentation. We hold no liability for any delays, rejections, or legal issues arising from false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that the total amount paid consists of two separate components:

• Government Fees: Mandatory official fees charged by UAE immigration authorities.
• Service Fee: Our independent charge for application preparation, processing, and expert support.

Payment & Refund Policy:

• We accept payments via approved Credit and Debit Cards. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
• Service Fees are strictly non-refundable once our consultation and application processing have commenced.
• Government Fees are strictly non-refundable once the application is submitted to the official immigration portals, regardless of whether the visa is approved, delayed, or rejected by UAE authorities.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services in accordance with all applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from using the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

• Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered documents.
• Engaging in criminal activity or terrorism.
• Distributing spam, malware, or attempting unauthorized system access.
• Making misleading statements regarding our company’s affiliation or Services.
• Reverse-engineering or unlawfully copying any part of the Site.

6. Site Availability & Data Transfer

• Site Uptime: While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, the Site may occasionally undergo maintenance or experience technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience or financial loss resulting from such downtime.
• Data Transfer: By utilizing our platform, you consent to the secure collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of your data strictly as required to process your visa application.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Online Emirates eVisa, its parent company, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• The approval, rejection, or delay of any visa application by government authorities.
• The Site's accuracy or temporary unavailability.
• Any loss of travel expenses (including non-refundable flights or hotel bookings) due to visa delays or rejections.

In no event shall our aggregate financial liability exceed the specific service fees paid by the customer to our company for the service in question.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online Emirates eVisa, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, submission of inaccurate documents, or breach of this Agreement.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to official government portals or third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or operational practices of any external sites.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

We retain the right to modify this Agreement at any time to ensure ongoing compliance with operational policies and changing legal requirements. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the UAE.
